About the position

As our new Global Sales Director, you will identify, acquire, manage and grow customer relationships based on WindSim’s industry leading SaaS and cloud solutions. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders across industries, levels and functions. The position has significant opportunities for personal growth, teamwork, autonomy and impact creation. 

Responsibilities

·       Act as primary point of contact for customers around the globe

·       Deliver growth through acquisition and expansion

·       Develop actionable understanding of customer needs

·       Provide an excellent customer experience

·       Contribute to and deliver on commercial policies

·       Continuous sales analysis, reports and improvement plans

·       Contribute to transforming WindSim to a high growth cloud and SaaS organization

Qualifications

·         5+ years of proven results from high performing B2B or SaaS growth sales environments

·         Experience from strategic and value-based selling

·         Strong oral and written communication skills in English

·         Demonstrated ability developing and executing initiatives end-to-end

·         Experience from technology-enabled industry, preferably within the renewable energy sector
