In WindSim, an international cross-functional team of computer scientists, physicists, meteorologists, and marketers collaborate to create value for customers and societies.

About the position

As our new Global Commercial Director, you will identify, acquire, manage and grow customer relationships based on WindSim’s industry-leading SaaS and cloud solutions. You will be part of the commercial team and report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Your Mission

· Own strategy and plans to achieve sales goals through acquisition and expansion

· Land and expand: develop and drive funnel for acquisition, onboarding, activation, and expansion

· Develop actionable insights of customer needs

· Deliver excellent customer experience

· Contribute to commercial policies

· Continuous sales analysis, reporting and improvement plans

· Contribute to transforming WindSim to a high growth cloud and SaaS organization

Your Talent

· 5+ years of proven results from high performing B2B or SaaS growth sales environments

· Experience from value selling with excellent negotiation and closing skills

· Demonstrated ability developing and executing initiatives end-to-end

· Experience from technology-enabled industry, preferably within the renewable energy sector
