Maintenance, which covers support and upgrade, is included for Alt.1.
For the perpetual license, Alt.2, a running annual maintenance is set to 15% of the perpetual license fee.
A running annual maintenance means that it is renewed every year without interruption.
A renewal of the annual maintenance after an interruption is set to 40% of the perpetual license fee.
