Header information

An arbitrary number of header lines can be added at the top of the file. WindSim interprets particular keywords terminated with a colon in column 20. Some of the keywords are followed by mandatory input, others are optional.

The format version number does not follow the WindSim version number. The format version number is equal to the current WindSim version at the time when the format was last upgraded. Hence, a given format version m.n can be used together with WindSim version m.n and all post WindSim m.n versions.
